Hi, I'm Shea, a licensed clinical social worker. My work centers on supporting clients through times of grief, transition, and emotional difficulty. I believe therapy is a process and an investment in yourself. I strive to create a nonjudgemental space centered on your well-being and free from the demands and noise of life. No one will ever fully know your pain, but my goal is to equip you to navigate, adapt and heal.
I'm a Tennessee native, born and raised in Memphis. I graduated from The University of Memphis with my master's degree in Social Work. Before pursuing private practice, I had the opportunity to serve others in a range of unique settings. I counseled in community mental health, university student counseling, Child Advocacy Center of Eastern AR, and public elementary school settings. I am trained and practiced in grief, depression, anxiety, trauma and parent-child interaction therapy.
My practice serves adults, adolescents and children with in-person or online availability to fit your needs. I would love the opportunity to get to know you.
